Using SGI-UK`s online Shop
1 Finding what you want
You can use the search boxes at the top of the shops pages.
If you search by author please use the full name. For example `Daisaku Ikeda` rather than `Ikeda`.
You can also find things using the category box. Sort by `sell price` if its not a book you are after.
OR you can browse the shops` pages using the top menu
or the menu on the left side of the page
2 Selecting items for purchase
Make sure you order the right number
Then click on
When you do this a new screen appears
Click continue shopping if you want to buy more items.
Here you are also able to estimate the shipping cost for your delivery by entering your country and/or your postcode.
Click calculate.
If you have what you want and are happy with the estimated shipping cost click checkout.
You`ll now see this screen asking for an email address
If you have used the shop before and have an account use click here.
You will also be asked for delivery information
Notice you can just click in the box `My billing information is the same as my delivery information`.
Click the shipping costs button (costs are: 10%+£1 for UK, 20%+£1 Europe, 30%+£1 Rest of World)
3 Paying
Various cards can be used
The shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Delta, MasterCard Debit, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron.
Card information is not stored by SGI-UK. Card information is securely processed using CardSave.
When you click the complete purchase button the screen changes and gives you a summary of your order and all the other details. If you are happy with the details click submit order. If you are not click the back button and make changes.
When you click the submit order button you will get a confirmation page
You will also receive an email at the email address you gave confirming your order. The email subject line will read `Your order at SGI-UK shop`, will give you contact details for the SGI-UK shop and confirm all the details of your order.
